GGTime runs Dota 2 tournaments. Here is the path from joining to playing and being rewarded.
1Join by invitation
Signing up needs a referral code from a player who is already on GGTime. Every account gets its own code to invite friends.
2Link your Steam account
Link one Steam account so GGTime can read your Dota 2 rank and stats from public data. Keep Expose Public Match Data switched on in the Dota 2 client. Your rank always comes from the server, never from what you type.
3Earn tokens by playing
GGTokens are earned by playing and placing in tournaments and by inviting friends. They cannot be bought, cannot be withdrawn and have no cash value.
4Exchange tokens for tickets
A ticket is your entry pass. You get tickets by exchanging tokens at the rate shown in your wallet, and you spend them to register. If a tournament is cancelled, your tickets come back as tickets.
5Premium and VIP
Premium and VIP are paid with USDT (BEP-20) sent straight to an address made for your order. A membership raises your limits and opens cash events. It never buys tokens, tickets or a balance.
6Play a tournament
Pick a tournament in your rank band, register as a full team, a partial team or a solo player, and check in before it starts. Play in the lobby the organizer gives you. The result is then accepted by the players, or reported if something is wrong.
7Prizes
Free tournaments reward tokens and a badge. Cash tournaments, when GGTime opens them, have a fixed prize pool funded by GGTime and paid to your Winnings after the result window closes with no open report. Withdrawing Winnings is a separate step that an admin approves.
